We are currently working with a global giant within the consumer space to recruit a Management Accountant in Saudi Arabia. Management Accountant, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate financial information, supporting business planning, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. This position requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
What You\xe2\x80\x99ll be Doing\xe2\x80\xa6
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
- Analyze variances between budgeted and actual results, providing insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor budget performance, identify areas of concern, and propose corrective actions.
- Conduct detailed cost analysis to identify areas of cost efficiency and improvement.
- Provide insights into cost trends and contribute to cost reduction initiatives.
- Assist in long-term financial planning and strategic decision-making.
- Conduct scenario analysis to support business planning and investment decisions.
- Manage month-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Undertake special financial analyses and projects as required by management.
- Provide financial insights to support key business initiatives.

- Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as ACCA, ACA, or CMA is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a management accounting role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
