Job Description
- Receivables control -credit limit review, KYC, balance confirmation and credit account opening.
- Prepare /review reconciliations \xe2\x80\x93 collection/banks
- Process customer rebate/ incentive calculations.
- Ensure VAT Compliance and participate in VAT return submission.
- Participate in Corporate Tax preparation and compliance.
- Prepare reports and follow up ICV Certification and recertification\'s. Suggest ICV Improvement measures.
- Preparation and submission of management and other reports.
- Participate in monthly accounts closing and monthly reporting.
- Participate in Annual Financial Audit.
- Provide Support in banking matters.
- Participate in Insurance review and renewals.
- Participate in Stock Count and variance analysis/Inventory control.
- Visit Locations \xe2\x80\x93 Service / Sales and ensure the existence of financial controls and compliance with SOPs.
- Introduce accounting / financial system and maintain accounts for new locations.
- Other regulatory compliance matters.
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
