Due to our rapid growth, we are looking to bring on an Associate to assist with our M&A activity at the Group level (Greenbull Group) as well as the Private Equity division under myclubdeal.com (a private investment club that sources investment opportunities as well as offers unique club deals for its members in the most economically dynamic countries). Your mission if you accept it ... You will report to and work closely with the M&A and PE Principal throughout the entire deal process. Responsibilities include researching and evaluating potential acquisition targets, supporting the execution of M&A and PE transactions, developing solid business cases and financial models, and participating in due diligence. Your key responsibilities: Identify, screen and evaluate M&A opportunities Overall assessment of potential M&A and PE opportunities (e.g., attractiveness, strategic fit, portfolio review, valuation, due diligence, key issues having a material impact on price and structuring) with the proactive and timely involvement of all relevant company stakeholders and functions Develop robust business cases and financial models and assess the value creation potential of contemplated deals, both for the M&A and PE activities Challenge the business plan presented by partners for PE deals and targets for M&A deals, by carrying out the necessary work including benchmarks, market research, profitability assessment...etc Track portfolio investment performances until investors exit Let's talk about you ...

• You have a minimum of 3 - 4 years experience in a similar position, ideally coming from investment banking / M&A, Private Equity, Family Office or Transaction Services
• You have strong financial analysis skills and valuation experience
• You have high aptitude to learn quickly, assimilate to new teams and projects, and work well under pressure with appropriate attention to detail
• You are result-oriented and willing to put extra hours whenever required, with ability to work on multiple projects and within diverse teams
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and can speak both French and English fluently
