Mall Customer Service & Sales (Female)

Work Location: Silicon Central Mall, Dubai

Institution: HBH Institute & T.nt Dance Studio

Position Type: Full-Time

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 18:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM - 18:00 PM
(1-hour break per day included)

One day off per week (schedule based on team arrangement)
Job Responsibilities:

Front desk reception and walk-in customer assistance Multi-channel communication via phone, WeChat, email, etc. Parent-student relationship management, course follow-up, and feedback collection In-class support, video shooting, and basic editing Daily social media content and engagement System data entry, report preparation Proactive sales follow-up and conversion of potential customers General administrative and operational support

Job Requirements:

Female only, presentable, well-groomed, with a pleasant and professional demeanor Fluent English with clear pronunciation and no strong accent Strong communication skills and a proactive, helpful attitude Demonstrated sales ability and willingness to follow up with leads Friendly personality, emotionally intelligent, and socially aware Experience in short-form video shooting/editing preferred Familiarity with parent-student service models; background in education industry preferred Healthy, reliable, well-mannered, and responsible
Salary & Benefits:

Base Salary: AED 3,500 - 8,000/month (based on experience) Unlimited sales commission & performance bonuses Work visa and medical insurance provided 1-month paid annual leave Pre-job training and long-term development opportunities
Promotion Path (For High Performers):

Candidates who demonstrate strong sales performance may be promoted to Regional Sales Manager, overseeing multiple branches, leading sales and client service teams, and participating in strategic operations with higher bonuses and growth opportunities.
