Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Service Specialist, located in Dubai. The Sales and Service Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves identifying sales opportunities, closing sales, and managing customer accounts. Additionally, the specialist will provide training for new team members and support sales management functions.
Qualifications
Social Media Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities: Answer calls of potential customers professionally. Connect with customers and convert leads into Business. Handle customer complaints effectively and manage customer relationships 2-3 years of experience in Tele sales within UAE Fluency in English Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent Communication skills Strong Customer Service skills Proven Sales experience Experience in Training new team members Sales Management skills Strong problem-solving abilities Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus Ability to work independently as well as within a team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
