Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Timeliness and maximum efficiency for restocking of sales floor
- Assess and communicate store needs (fixtures, hardware, product) and partner with appropriate parties
- Train store employees on current merchandising standards
- Initiate monthly floor sets
- Execute and maintain Visual Merchandising Standards
- Partner with DM and Store Manager during stores visits to walk store
- Maintaining corporate standards, window and mannequin detail
- Partner with DM and Store Manager to red flag slow moving items via selling reports
- Supervision of Inventory/Visual Associate(s)
- Drive and develop sales opportunities for accessories and apparel for one of our top Mall Accounts
- Relevant experience in malls and retails operation and management
- Tenant Relations: Building strong relationships with tenants and ensuring that their needs are met, resolving any issues or complaints they may have, and ensuring that their leases are renewed on time (High communication skills with the international Brands).
- Marketing and Promotion: Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract customers to the mall, including events, promotions, and advertising campaigns.
- Lease Administration: Overseeing lease administration activities, including lease negotiations, tenant move-ins and move-outs, and lease renewals.
- Strategic Planning: Developing long-term plans and strategies for the mall to ensure its continued success and growth.
- Design and development: This includes overseeing the design and development of the shopping center or mall, from conceptualizing the layout to overseeing the construction process.

- Leasing and tenant management: Mall establishment professionals may be responsible for identifying potential tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and managing tenant relationships.

- Project management: Mall establishment professionals will be responsible for overseeing the project management of the shopping center or mall, including managing timelines, budgets, and contractors.
- Successful as mall establishment professional, possess strong project management, communication, and negotiation skills, understanding of retail operations and real estate development.
