Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Spa Manager cum Therapist who can manage daily spa operations while also performing professional massage and spa treatments. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling staff, training therapists, coordinating schedules, and maintaining service quality, while ensuring smooth overall spa functioning.

Key Responsibilities

Management & Operations

Manage and coordinate entire spa operations on a daily basis Supervise and control therapists, reception, and support staff Ensure discipline, grooming standards, hygiene, and SOP compliance Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and duty rosters Coordinate with management regarding daily reports, issues, and updates Ensure smooth execution of home service and in-spa appointments Monitor customer feedback and maintain high service quality

Staff Training & Control

Train new and existing therapists on: Massage techniques Customer handling Hygiene and grooming standards Company SOPs and service protocols Monitor therapist performance and maintain service consistency Take responsibility for staff discipline and professional behavior Therapist Duties Perform professional spa treatments such as: Swedish Massage Deep Tissue Massage Sports Massage Balinese Massage Lymphatic Massage Foot reflexology Conduct proper consultation before each service Ensure customer comfort, safety, and satisfaction at all times

Requirements

Minimum 8-10 years of experience as a Spa Therapist Previous experience as Spa Supervisor / Spa Manager preferred Strong leadership and staff-handling skills Good communication skills (English required) Knowledge of spa operations, hygiene standards, and customer service Ability to work 12-hour shifts and manage multiple responsibilities Professional attitude and well-groomed appearance
