Male Nurse and Timekeeper (Factory/Manufacturing Experience Required)

Our dynamic manufacturing facility is seeking two experienced and detail-oriented professionals to join our team: an Occupational Health Nurse and a Timekeeper. Both roles are critical to ensuring the well-being of our workforce and the accuracy of our operational data.
1. Position: Male Occupational Health Nurse
Summary:
The Occupational Health Nurse will be responsible for providing first-line medical care, managing workplace injuries and illnesses, and promoting health and safety programs within the factory environment. This role is key to maintaining a healthy, safe, and productive workforce.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate first aid and emergency care for workplace injuries and illnesses.
• Manage the on-site clinic, including inventory of medicines and medical supplies.
• Conduct pre-employment and periodic health screenings for employees.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all staff.
• Assist in the development and implementation of health and safety programs (e.g., ergonomics, fatigue management).
• Report occupational incidents and coordinate with management and external healthcare providers as needed.
• Promote health awareness and wellness initiatives among employees.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Licensure: Valid DHA or MOH license/eligibility is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Nurse, preferably in an industrial, occupational health, or emergency room setting.
• Skills:
• Strong clinical and triage skills.
• Knowledge of occupational health regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in emergency situations.
• Gender Specification: Male, as per the requirements of the factory environment.
