Our company is urgently looking for MALE Maintenance Coordinator/Document Controller with the following qualifications as follows:

Bachelor\'s Degree of any course.
Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
Physical strength and good hand-eye coordination.
Proactive
Excellent analytical and reasoning skills, plus excellent organization skills required.
Ability to multitask
Attention to detail
Thorough knowledge of various kinds of office software
Ability to organize and preserve paper documents
Experience working with many types of files

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Delegating maintenance tasks to the rest of the team, and finding relevant vendors and service providers.
Complete needed records and convey initiating work, control and documentation system.
Guide on technical and administrative aspects maintain and develop personnel.
Support facility maintenance manager with agreed staff action for employees.
Ensuring quality control standards are consistently met.
Print and distribute documents as needed
Scan and upload documents according to company procedure
Collect and register all technical documents such as drawings and blueprints in the company\xe2\x80\x99s system
Keep other personnel updated on new document versions and how to obtain access
Handle records across various departments
Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive documents
Establish and maintain record retention timelines
