25-32 years old
MUST BE PAYROLL FAMILIAR
MUST BE HR SYSTEM FAMILIAR
Excellent Communication
Time flexible and can manage priorities and handle pressure
Fostering a safe work environment for all employees
Managing employee relations
Handling disciplinary needs.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Overseeing training programs.
Supporting employee development
2 years' experience in Admin & HR

Maintain employee records and databases with precision, ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
Aid in the administration of employee benefits programs, helping staff understand their options and resolving any inquiries.
Coordinate training sessions and workshops, ensuring logistics are managed effectively to enhance employee development.
Help manage employee relations by addressing inquiries and concerns, acting as a trusted point of contact.
Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals.
Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timekeeping data, ensuring accuracy in compensation.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives, providing insights and support to drive organizational effectiveness.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
