Job Description

We are looking for a skilled, compassionate, and experienced

Male Registered Nurse (RN)

to join our healthcare team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care in a professional, patient-centered environment. You will work alongside a team of dedicated medical professionals to ensure the well-being of patients, offering personalized care in a state-of-the-art healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans according to best practices. Administer prescribed medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with daily patient care activities. Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families. Maintain accurate patient records using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care. Ensure that all clinical practices align with hospital policies, patient safety protocols, and regulatory standards. Educate patients and families on health management, treatments, and aftercare. Participate in continuous professional development and training. Respond to medical emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)

or equivalent.

Valid DOH license

in the UAE or eligibility.

Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience

in a healthcare setting (preferably in hospital or specialized care). Proficient in administering medications, patient care techniques, and nursing practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in

English

(Arabic is a plus). Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Compassionate, empathetic, and able to work well under pressure.

Basic Life Support (BLS)

and

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

certification (preferred).
