Note: This position is open in accordance with local laws and salon policies regarding male staff in women's salons.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform women's haircuts, styling, coloring, highlights, balayage, blow-dries, and treatments
Conduct client consultations to recommend styles and treatments
Apply chemical services such as keratin, protein, rebonding, etc.
Recommend after-care routines and promote retail products
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools and work area
Ensure client comfort, privacy, and satisfaction at all times
Stay current with hair trends, techniques, and products
Collaborate with the salon team for smooth operations
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in women's hairdressing
Formal certification or training in hairdressing
Strong portfolio of hair work (photos, social media, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Respectful, well-groomed, and professional demeanor
Fluent in Arabic and English
Knowledge of latest trends in women's hair care and styling
