Job Description

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Florist to join our dynamic team at Mystic Flowers. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in the floral industry while contributing to creating beautiful designs for our clients. You will work closely with the senior florists and staff to assist in daily operations, including arranging flowers, maintaining inventory, and providing excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating fresh floral arrangements for customers, both in-store and for special events (weddings, corporate functions, etc.). Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including tools, vases, and floral supplies. Assist in creating and updating floral displays in-store to ensure they are visually appealing and seasonal. Support the team with packaging and wrapping floral arrangements for delivery or pickup. Help manage flower inventory, ensuring fresh stock is always available and assisting with orders from suppliers. Provide customer service by answering questions, assisting customers in selecting floral products, and offering guidance on care for plants and flowers. Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail in every arrangement and customer interaction. Help with deliveries when required, ensuring timely and safe transport of floral arrangements.
Requirements:

A passion for flowers and a creative eye for design. Excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Willingness to learn and develop new skills in floral design and customer service. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and during peak floral seasons. Previous experience in floristry or customer service is a plus, but not required.
