We are looking for a

talented and enthusiastic Male Florist

to join our dynamic and growing team!

This is a fantastic

entry-level opportunity

to develop your skills in the floral industry while contributing to the creation of stunning floral designs for our valued clients. You'll work closely with senior florists and staff on a wide range of tasks including floral arrangements, inventory management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in designing and preparing fresh floral arrangements for in-store customers and special events (weddings, corporate functions, etc.). Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace, including tools, vases, and supplies. Create and update in-store floral displays to keep them attractive, seasonal, and on-trend. Package and wrap floral arrangements beautifully for deliveries or pickups. Support inventory management by ensuring stock is fresh and assisting with supplier orders. Provide excellent customer service, including helping customers choose floral products and advising on plant and flower care. Uphold high standards of quality and attention to detail in all work. Assist with deliveries when needed, ensuring safe and timely transport of arrangements.

Requirements

A genuine passion for flowers and a creative eye for floral design. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in the UAE

in a similar role is required. Eagerness to learn and grow within the field of floristry. Good communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Availability to work on weekends, public holidays, and during peak floral seasons. Previous experience in floristry or customer service is a plus.
