Responsibilities

Lead and assist in fun, age-appropriate fitness and gymnastics classes for kids. Create a positive, encouraging, and safe environment that helps kids explore movement with confidence. Build strong connections with children and parents to ensure a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. Encourage teamwork, participation, and individual growth during every session. Set up and organize equipment before and after classes to maintain a clean and safe gym area. Support birthday parties, special events, and community programs with enthusiasm and creativity. Work collaboratively with the coaching team to ensure the highest quality of programs and customer experience.

Qualifications

A genuine love for working with children and helping them grow. Previous experience in coaching with kids. Background in fitness, gymnastics or physical education. Energetic, friendly, and confident personality with strong communication skills. Ability to create fun, structured, and engaging sessions. Team player who is flexible, reliable, and eager to learn. First-aid or child-safety certification (or willingness to obtain).
