We are seeking an Admin / Sales Executive with experience in accounts/digital marketing for a interior/fit-out industry to handle office administration and support sales activities, client coordination, and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration:
Manage office correspondence, documentation, filing, and coordination with suppliers/subcontractors.
Sales Support:
Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations.
Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, quotations, and payments.
Assist in business development by identifying leads and maintaining client relationships.
Support project managers with contracts, reports, and schedules.
Maintain accurate records of sales, client communication, and project updates.
Near to Al Nahda, Sharjah well be preferred.
