Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns for real estate projects.
Create engaging photo and video content, including montages, property reels, and promotional clips.
Manage company social media platforms and ensure consistent branding.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing materials with project goals.
Analyze and report marketing performance.
Requirements:
Female candidate currently based in the UAE.
Proven experience in
real estate marketing
(minimum 1-2 years preferred).
Skilled in
video editing, montage creation, and social media content production.
Strong communication, creativity, and time-management skills.
Knowledge of design tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.) is a plus.
Speaking Arabic is Required!
