Job Description

For a Government Organization in the UAE. You will be reporting to the Head of CS&P. Your responsibilities will be: Issue work-orders for operation teams (Shift) for pre-arrival preparation Collect / distribute all documents required to execute the loading/discharge/ITT Berth Planning (in collaboration with the Shift Leaders) Managing the queue list / berth availability Contact with terminal operators, ship-agents, surveyors to assure the quickest turn- around time of each ship in the Port Consolidating / analyzing all pre- and post data such as operational KPl\'s, including flow- rates, vessel data etc so that results can be analyzed and corrective matters taken. Preparing & releasing Shipping schedule on website on daily basis. Providing prompt and professional response to all customer when required. Record keeping of ships and their operational performance. Sending reminders to customers to submit cargo final figures and other closing documents Experience in handling liquid Cargo is an added advantage A Bachelor\'s Degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred. 5 - 10 Years of work experience in planning/customer service relationship. Experience with Advanced Planning System Operational background is considered an advantage Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED7,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
