Job Description

Maintain complete discretion and confidentiality in all personal and

professional matters.

Provide high-level personal service at all times, including formal dining, valet
assistance, and daily lifestyle support.

Ensure professional appearance and behavior, acting as a trusted
representative of the client.

Plan and manage travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations,
transfers, and activities.

Handle packing and unpacking, including organizing wardrobes, managing
laundry, and caring for luxury clothing and accessories.

Oversee and coordinate with household staff, hotel personnel, chauffeurs,
and security teams.

Support the client during events, meetings, or trips by providing on-site
assistance, set-up, and coordination.

Use technology and smart home systems to manage household and travel
logistics.

Keep detailed inventories of personal items, clothing, travel supplies, and
valuables.

Remain organized, punctual, and calm in high-pressure or rapidly changing
environments.

Communicate clearly and professionally with the client, staff, and service
providers.

Assist with pet care, child support, or other personal needs as required while
traveling.

Handle shopping, errands, and personal tasks discreetly and efficiently. Anticipate client needs and deliver service proactively and with excellent
attention to detail.

Adapt easily to new environments, cultures, and schedules, always

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
