Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information about courses and services.
Handle student registrations, appointment scheduling, and attendance records.
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Provide administrative support to the management and teaching staff, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Assist in managing daily office operations and maintaining accurate administrative records.
Support inventory tracking of office supplies and order when necessary.
Ensure all visitors follow security and sign-in procedures.
Qualifications:
Arab nationality (male applicants only, as per role requirement).
Proven experience in a receptionist and/or administrative role, preferably in an educational or training environment.
Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, data entry).
Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented.
