About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Administrative Coordinator
to support our dynamic and growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a collaborative mindset.
As a key support function, you will work closely with the
Business Development team
and
senior leadership
, ensuring seamless coordination and operational efficiency. Preference will be given to candidates from
North India
, as regional communication familiarity will be advantageous in this position.
Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Administration
Oversee day-to-day office operations including inventory management, facility coordination, and vendor liaison
Maintain and update digital records, files, and internal databases
Facilitate smooth interdepartmental communication and collaboration
Draft, edit, and format internal memos, reports, and other business documents
Business Development Support
Assist in tracking leads, client meetings, proposals, and follow-ups
Prepare presentations and documentation for client meetings
Coordinate meeting schedules, manage team calendars, and support event logistics
Maintain and update CRM systems for business development activities
Executive Assistance
Provide administrative support to senior executives, including travel arrangements and calendar management
Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up documentation for meetings
Manage internal and external communications on behalf of leadership
Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tools such as Google Workspace
Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus
Self-motivated and team-oriented attitude
Note:
Preference will be given to candidates from
North India
due to better alignment in communication and team integration.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
