Job Summary



We are looking for a highly organized and proactive

Administrative Coordinator

to support our dynamic and growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in administrative support who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly manage daily operations. You will serve as a key liaison across departments--especially with the Business Development team--and provide high-level assistance to senior leadership. Your work will be essential to ensuring smooth communication, efficient workflows, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities



Administrative Operations



Manage daily office functions, including supply inventory, facility coordination, and administrative systems. Maintain accurate records, databases, and both digital and physical filing systems. Facilitate internal communication and ensure timely information flow between departments. Draft, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence.

Business Development Support



Partner with the Business Development team to track leads, meetings, proposals, and follow-ups. Assist in creating presentations, sales materials, and client-facing documents. Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, client appointments, and team calendars. Support the development and tracking of client proposals, reports, and sales pipelines.

Executive Assistance



Provide administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics. Prepare briefing documents, meeting agendas, and follow-up notes for leadership. Manage and prioritize incoming communications (emails, calls, requests) on behalf of executives. Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism.

Qualifications & Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably with exposure to business development and executive support. Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and productivity tools such as Google Workspace and CRM platforms. Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion. Self-starter with a collaborative mindset, able to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
