ROLE AND DEPARTMENT
The EXPORT trainer is responsible for the training of the Arabic-speaking BAs of the UAE market and the BAs of the distributors, both face-to-face and online. They will need to travel to the markets for face-to-face training for the BAs and in-store market visits. They are also involved in the assessment of the BAs. The market scope is Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan and Lebanon.

THE ROLE Training Deliver training calendar by market, by distributor set by the line manager. Collaborate with the sales and trade marketing manager of the EXPORT markets, to ensure that the training supports the specific business needs of the market/distributor. Align and adapt the training content to the audience of the market (content & language). Conduct face-to-face and online training for the BAs of the distributors of the markets assigned as per the training calendar and for the UAE Arabic-speaking BAs. Conduct a market visit to UAE Arabic-speaking Bas, for in-store coaching. Travel to the markets to conduct face-to-face trainings & market visits. Assess the effectiveness of the training with post-training analysis.
Beauty Advisors assessment Conduct market visits for the UAE Arabic-speaking Bas and assess the in-store presence of the BAs, grooming, customer interaction, and overall knowledge. Conduct market visits with the distributors and assess the in-store presence of the BAs, grooming, customer interaction, and overall knowledge. Conduct written assessments remotely and technical assessments for the BAs when visiting the markets, in collaboration with the UAE team and distributors. Share the results of the assessments with the line manager and internal sales managers, to take forward with the UAE team and distributors. Follow up on the progress of the BAs through periodic assessments.

BA\xe2\x80\x99s Motivation Propose and organize BA motivation activities (makeup activities, competitions, etc\xe2\x80\xa6)
BAs Makeup Academy Create makeup academy content as per the direction of the line manager. Handle and conduct the makeup technique training for all the UAE BAs Conduct written assessments and technical assessments for the BAs after training and when visiting the stores.
Reporting Maintain and deliver reports and training trackers, as per the department\xe2\x80\x99s requirements. Submit assessment reports as per department guidelines and share with key stakeholders. Submit market visit summary reports as per department guidelines & requirements and share them with key stakeholders.

We\xe2\x80\x99d love to see candidates who have: Proficient in Arabic and English (written & spoken) and able to conduct training in both languages. Turkish is a plus. Previous training experience in cosmetic brands Expert in technical makeup artistry application (certification or diploma is a must) Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) Collaboration skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and email business communication.
