Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise daily restaurant service
Welcome guests and ensure a high level of hospitality throughout their experience
Lead, train, and coordinate the team
Organize reservations, seating, and service flow
Maintain service standards, presentation, and professionalism
Act as the main point of contact between the dining room, kitchen, and management
Profile Required:
Proven experience as a Maitre d' or in a senior Restaurant.
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and guest-relations abilities
Attention to detail and sense of service excellence
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and busy services
