POSITION: MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR - WATER & SEWAGE PIPELINE WORK EXPERIENCED
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities across the site.
Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Monitor maintenance work quality, safety practices, and compliance.
Lead, train, and evaluate maintenance technicians and helpers.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil issues.
Coordinate with external contractors and vendors when required.
Prepare maintenance reports, logs, and spare parts records.
Ensure availability and proper use of tools, equipment, and materials.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues.
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Management.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance supervision (preferably in residential or mixed-use communities).
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, civil maintenance, and safety procedures.
Leadership and team management skills.
Ability to read drawings, schedules, and maintenance plans.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Salary & Benefits
Salary Range:
AED 2500 -4000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
