We are seeking a skilled and versatile

Maintenance Worker

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, tiling, and general building upkeep. You will play a key role in ensuring the functionality, safety, and aesthetic quality of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Fittings & Fixtures Repairing & Maintenance

Perform inspections, repairs, and installations of electrical systems, lighting, switches, and outlets.

Painting Contracting

Carry out surface preparation and apply paint, varnishes, or coatings to various surfaces.

False Ceiling & Light Partitions Installation

Install and maintain gypsum ceilings and light partition walls with structural precision.

Air-Conditioning, Ventilation & Air Filtration Systems Installation & Maintenance

Install, inspect, and service HVAC systems for optimal air quality and climate control.

Plumbing & Sanitary Installation

Set up water supply and drainage systems, and install bathroom and kitchen fixtures.

Sanitary Installation & Pipes Repairing

Repair leaking or damaged water pipes, fittings, and sanitary equipment.

Floor & Wall Tiling Works

Install and repair tiles on floors and walls, ensuring alignment and proper finishing.

Plaster Works

Apply and repair plaster on walls and ceilings to prepare surfaces for finishing.

Wallpaper Fixing Works

Measure, cut, and install wallpaper and decorative wall coverings with precision.

Carpentry & Wood Flooring Works

Carry out general carpentry, including wood flooring installation and repairs.

Requirements:

Proven experience in multi-trade building maintenance or a similar role. Must have knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and finishing work. Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, or work orders. Strong attention to detail and safety awareness. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials/tools. Vocational training or certification in relevant trades (preferred).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
