Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance staff and contractors.
Plan, assign, and follow up on daily maintenance tasks (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs).
Inspect facilities regularly to identify maintenance needs.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and company standards.
Maintain records of work schedules, completed jobs, and materials used.
Report to the Operations Manager with updates and recommendations
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of UAE experience
in a maintenance supervision role (building/facilities preferred).
Strong knowledge of maintenance operations and building systems.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Good communication skills (English required, Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
UAE Driving License holder preferred
