About Us

We are a growing holiday-homes company managing a portfolio of short-term rental properties across the UAE. We pride ourselves on delivering clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready homes -- 24/7. We're looking for a Maintenance Technician who can also handle guest check-ins during the overnight shift.

Key Responsibilities

Perform nightly check-ins: register guests at the front desk, verify their booking details, issue keys, and follow our check-in procedures. Conduct maintenance inspections before guest arrivals (lights, AC, plumbing, locks, etc.). Respond to and resolve maintenance issues during the night (e.g. leaks, electrical faults, broken appliances). Carry out general maintenance tasks: plumbing, carpentry, electrical repairs, painting, appliance servicing. Coordinate with the operations / guest-relations team to triage and prioritize guest requests. Drive between properties to respond to calls -- carrying tools, spare parts, and maintenance equipment. Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance jobs, parts used, and guest-check in activity. Perform preventative maintenance during quieter night hours. Keep tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good order, and ensure they are stored securely. Adhere to safety standards, guest privacy policies, and company procedures.
Requirements

Proven experience in maintenance / handyman / technician roles, preferably in hospitality or property management. Experience or comfort with front-desk check-in procedures (guest registration, system entry). Must be able to work graveyard / night shifts reliably. Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory), comfortable driving at night. Strong technical skills: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC. Good communication skills (English). Problem-solving mindset and the ability to act independently. Physical fitness to carry tools, climb, and perform hands-on maintenance.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in holiday homes, serviced apartments, or short-term rental operations. Prior experience handling guest check-in or front-desk tasks. UAE Driver's License
