About the Role
We are looking for a versatile and proactive
Maintenance Technician
to join our cloud kitchen team. This role starts as a one-month temporary assignment with the possibility of becoming a permanent position based on performance and facility requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine preventive maintenance on kitchen infrastructure.
Conduct general repairs including basic plumbing, electrical work.
Troubleshoot minor equipment issues to ensure zero downtime for our kitchen partners.
Assist in the upkeep of facility tiling, painting, and silicon sealing.
Monitor facility utilities and report any major technical requirements to management.
Requirements:

Experience:
General knowledge of building maintenance, preferably within a commercial kitchen or hospitality environment.
Technical Skills:
Basic proficiency in electrical and plumbing repairs.
Availability:
Ready to start immediately.
Communication:
Ability to follow instructions clearly and provide updates to the facility manager.
