. Possess good knowledge in all kinds works including Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry & Civil works. . Well versed in Microsoft office/ E-PTW systems and computer literate for providing support to administration team . Must be a Smart/ hard working with excellent team leader & communications skills to solve complex issues . Should be updated to keep records/ checklist/inspection list and overall PM planning for all trade's and make sure PM works should go accordingly with provided Plan. . Excellent Knowledge to submit Weekly /monthly Reports and other related records in Maintenance operations of oil and gas environment. . Should possess best time management skills and allocation of activities to support overall operations in field . Should make site visits in building's and check for any preventive maintenance works and Plan for rectification with available team as well as procurement of required materials . Develop and utilize new preventive Maintenance strategies and thus improving overall facilities. . Good skills in utilizing companies' petty cash to accomplish Operations with cost effective manner. . Should attend meetings with company staff's/ DEL representative to solve ongoing work-related issues . Should be able co-ordinate with management, HSE teams, permit controller's/ approvals & technician's etc. and provide full support to complete activities and operation's in facilities . Supervision for maintenance works with contractors/ team for Civil/ Ad hoc services. . Provide support and technical clarification in purchasing of equipment's, spares, and building related materials to administration team . Well Versed with Oil and gas environment, safety procedure's etc. . Should coordinate and arrange Induction's/ training's /PTW's trainings/ TBT's / and communicate HSE information's etc. to staff and contractor's as an when require. . Ensure to provide 24x7 support to operation's in maintenance as well as preventive maintenance area. . Ready to work in shifts / extra hours, day or night, any day of the Week including all holidays required by company. . Complies with all company Health, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures. . Conducts all work activities in a safe and environmentally responsible manner by not taking on any task(s) that are perceived as unsafe and if doubt, consults manager before proceedings. Should have valid Qatari Driving License.
