As a Workshop Maintenance Supervisor, you will contribute to the development of an operational year plan for own department activities of the team. You will suggest improvements in products, processes, and procedures.


As a Workshop Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
  • Supervise hydraulic pressure tests to ensure integrity of made-up assemblies.
  • Ensure maintaining & redressing tools as per procedure with completing relevant paperwork.
  • Ensure preparing equipment and loading/unloading when sending/receiving equipment to/from the rig site.
  • Control storage conditions for consumables items.
  • Control consumables items availability in the workshop and seek quotation when stock needs to be refilled.
  • Organization of verification of metrology and equipment calibration.
  • Ensure maintenance of equipment in proper form, timely execution of orders and accounting for expenditure of equipment and auxiliary materials.
  • Organize and prepare equipment for non-destructive testing (NDT).
  • Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management.
  • Actively participate in client safety initiatives, incident investigations, etc.
  • Conducts daily/weekly/monthly calibration and systems checks
  • Know and understand Baker Hughes Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions
  • Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Baker Hughes.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have 5+ years’ experience in Maintenance / Pre-commissioning and Facility Management
  • Have a High School Diploma or GED and relevant forklift experience
  • Have good knowledge of certification processes and Load-out/Load in process
  • Demonstrate an excellent hands-on attitude/mindset
  • Have ability to effectively interact with site management, field operations personnel and internal/external stake holder
  • Show Desirable knowledge in ERP software (Oracle / SAP), Office, Maximo, or equivalent certification management software's.
