Job Description

Purpose:

Ensure reliability and performance compliance of all mechanical systems across the industrial facility include HVAC systems, cranes, pumps, compressors and rotating/static equipment to support uninterrupted operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the maintenance PPM schedule; execute, document and close work orders via CMMS. Lead fault diagnostics and corrective maintenance on Equipments and apply proactive measures in ensuring its availability to ensure smooth plant operations. Supervise technicians to ensure workmanship and safety compliance. Maintain spares, consumables and test equipment; propose improvements to reduce downtime. Interface with suppliers, clients and AMC service providers towards fulfilling the maintenance requirements. Ensure compliance with OEM requirements to enhance the reliability and compliance to QHSE requirements in routine operations to cover cranes, elevators and MEP systems.

Asset-Specific Skills & Experience:

Overhead cranes 10T/20T/25T/40T: gearboxes, wire ropes, hooks, brakes Gantry cranes: structural inspections, travel mechanisms and rail alignment HVAC systems: chillers/packaged units, AHUs, FCUs, pumps and controls Weighbridge mechanical components and calibration support Mobile Equipments chassis, drive train, brakes and safety mechanisms Air compressors and Dryers, HVAC, DX units and stand-by generators Weighbridge systems and Office Elevators Domestic, Irrigation and Process water systems Rotating equipment and HVAC diagnostics; vibration analysis basics. CMMS proficiency; ability to interpret mechanical drawings and O&M manuals.

Qualifications and requirements

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical engineering, 8-10 years' experience in industrial and facility maintenance with UAE driving license .
