Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of maintenance technicians to ensure all tasksare completed effectively and efficiently.
Create and manage maintenance schedules (preventive and reactive), prioritize tasksbased on urgency and impact.
Inspect maintenance work regularly to ensure it meets company standards andsafety protocols.
Troubleshoot and provide guidance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairissues across residential properties.
Maintain detailed logs of maintenance tasks, parts usage, team performance, andservice timelines.
Identify skill gaps and support the training of junior technicians on standards, tools,and safety.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or diploma in Engineering, facilities management, or a related technical field.
Hands-on experience in property maintenance, with experience in a supervisory team lead role.
Proven experience with quality control in maintenance or engineering.
Strong leadership style; authoritative but respectful and fair.
