Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Site Supervisor
with solidUAE experience
inbuilding maintenance and Facilities Management (FM)
operations. The ideal candidate will supervise on-site maintenance activities, manage technicians, ensure service quality, and maintain client satisfaction while complying with safety and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day
building maintenance and FM operations
at assigned sites Manage and coordinate technicians (MEP, civil, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance tasks are completed as per schedule Monitor work quality and ensure compliance withSLA, SOP, and safety standards
Attend client meetings, handle complaints, and provide timely resolutions Coordinate with FM managers, vendors, and subcontractors Prepare daily reports, job cards, material requests, and work schedules Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials EnforceHSE standards
, toolbox talks, and site safety proceduresRequirements
Minimum
3-5 years UAE experience
inbuilding maintenance / FM
Strong knowledge ofMEP systems and civil maintenance works
Prior experience supervising maintenance teams on-site Familiar withFM processes, work permits, and client coordination
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CAFM systems preferred) Good communication skills inEnglish
(Hindi/Arabic is an advantage) ValidUAE driving license
preferredPreferred Qualifications
Diploma or Technical Certification in Engineering / Maintenance Experience working with
FM companies, residential, commercial, or mixed-use buildings
Knowledge of UAE safety regulations and FM best practicesKey Skills & Competencies

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
