Job Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor daily maintenance activities, performed internally or by subcontractors.


Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance according to defined schedules.


Diagnose machine failures and breakdowns (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, automation).


Repair, replace, and maintain mechatronic components (mechanical parts, motors, servo systems, sensors, etc.).


Analyze and reduce repetitive failures, improve equipment reliability using MTBF/MTTR indicators.


Perform precise adjustments and parameter settings for new references or product changes.


Install and commission new or modified equipment, strictly following technical instructions and safety standards.


Update maintenance documentation (procedures, work instructions) and ensure traceability of interventions through CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).


Actively participate in continuous improvement projects: line reliability, downtime reduction, performance optimization, 5S, safety, and environmental compliance.


Define spare parts and material requirements and assist in stock management.


Train operators on first-level maintenance.


Contribute to cost reduction initiatives (energy consumption, spare parts, quality defects).

Required Profile:

Education:

Technical diploma (High School +2 years) in Electricity, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, General Mechanics, or Sewing Machine Maintenance.

Skills:

+ Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.
+ Proficiency in diagnostic tools and CMMS software.
+ Ability to read technical diagrams and perform precise adjustments.
