Job Responsibilities:

Summary:

Ensure compliance with OEM specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.


Supervise and ensure the conformity of maintenance work carried out by the team or by the external service provider.


Establish and implement a maintenance plan adapted to the production equipment (preventive and corrective).


Manage schedules and priorities, taking into account production periods and cycles (preventive and corrective maintenance).


Manages the equipment and spare parts inventory.


Manages the department's budget and plans investments.


Identifies technical solutions for improving equipment and installations.


Participates in quality initiatives and the design of new facilities.


Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen).


Collaborate with functional department teams to improve product performance and manufacturability.


Monitor Maintenance KPIs.


Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team.


Plan workloads, set objectives, and monitor performance.


Foster teamwork, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.


Support training and skill development programs.


Implement Lean Manufacturing and process optimization initiatives.


Promote the use of sustainable materials and cost reduction strategies.


Lead problem-solving and root cause analysis for production issues.

Required Profile:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Production, Industrial Production, or related field.


5 + years of experience in automotive interiors or seat cover manufacturing.


Proven experience in team leadership and project management.


Familiarity with automotive quality systems (IATF 16949, PPAP, APQP, FMEA).


Good communication skills in English and French.
