We are looking for an experienced
Maintenance & Renovation Manager
to lead and manage our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and renovation, be capable of managing teams, handling clients, solving problems efficiently, and driving business growth.Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day maintenance and renovation operations. Manage and coordinate the team (technicians, carpenters, painters, etc.). Ensure high-quality project execution and customer satisfaction. Handle authority approvals and site documentation. Source and manage materials and suppliers. Communicate with clients professionally and resolve issues quickly. Identify new business opportunities and bring in new clients. Prepare quotations and support project costing.
Requirements:
Proven experience in maintenance and renovation management (UAE experience preferred). Strong leadership and communication skills. Good knowledge of authority procedures (Dubai Municipality, etc.). Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
