Role Summary

Coordinate with all maintenance and production managers, departments and suppliers to achieve the objectives set by general management. Monitor proposed improvements in the company's technical media, as well as machine spare parts. Prepare technical reports for new installations. Define human and material resource requirements according to workload.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan the distribution of preventive maintenance actions by range, ensuring allocation of resources, - Control Monitor preventive results applied, - Define and update maintenance routines in GMAO, - Enter cost centers, machines, sub-assemblies and create new structures in GMAO - Update machine and equipment status - Define and measure intervals, to implement maintenance organization and planning methods - Manage work applications and tasks related to preventive maintenance - Analyze and monitor completed tasks and recurring faults - Analyze and track improvements for media optimization - Track planned and scheduled tasks - Plan and coordinate tasks according to planned production stoppages - Coordinate with section managers and lead weekly maintenance meetings - Check the lists of maintenance tasks carried out and organize internal training courses, and evaluate the people in charge. - Plan staff allocation for outsourcing tasks as needed - Monitor and evaluate work performed by subcontractors - Supervise maintenance carried out by external contractors - Assist meetings with the production department, and I.S. processing meetings with quality department - Attend monthly meetings with the managers of each facility, Manage and correct anomalies in reports - Review maintenance procedures and instructions - Review purchase orders with the purchasing department and coordinate with department heads and suppliers - Research technical improvements with suppliers of materials and spare parts - Weekly review of backorders for closure or reclamation - Control and monitor warehouse and spare parts maintenance - Control and monitor administrative functions and Supervise lower orders of materials - Plan and monitor weekend work and Plan the management of maintenance teams: allocation, human and material priorities - Delegate environmental maintenance, - Analyze, define and monitor ACMA (Argos) maintenance, - Monitor operational waste management - Implement front-line maintenance in all areas of the facility - General waste management

Key Qualifications/Requirements

- Industrial engineering (or Bac+2/3), preferably with PDR-Planning-Mechanical or Electrical Organization management. - 1-2 years' experience in a similar position desirable - Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems. - Knowledge of electromechanics and basic knowledge of work organization - Principles of machine safety and basic knowledge of the environment. - Advanced knowledge in MS Office Tools. - Good English level (Written & Spoken) - Work ethic oriented - Excellent interpersonal skills - Self-motivated and able to manage own workload to achieve targets set by self or others. - Team and target orientation. - High cost-orientation. - Analytical thinking. - Strategic approach.
