Our Client is one of the established and reputed operations in transportation services and a contractor for heavy equipment clearing services in the automotive market-based in the UAE. They are currently looking for a Maintenance Operations Manager based in Abu Dhabi

The responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

You will be responsible for managing the execution of maintenance operations from end to end, such as; call-outs, fit-outs, and repairs, to implement the equipment maintenance, process operations work, and unit follow-up, etc

Directing, Managing Operations and Maintenance of truck loaders, cranes, and forklifts, within the policies and procedures of the company.

Provide detailed processes for vehicle repair, schedules for maintenance, and equipment usage along with an operational plan and manpower matrix.

Systematically monitors the effectiveness of transportation & fleet programs and services.

Prepare the maintenance and operation budget for all fleet of the equipment, machines and vehicle.

Responsible for the supervision, coordination and implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance

Requirements

To be considered for this role :

Min 5 years experience at a Managerial level handling the operational process in a transportation/rental heavy equipment services

Should have experience in managing the preventive & operational maintenance of equipment like cranes, forklifts, loaders, crushers, scissor lifts, and manlifts.

Should be willing to be based on-site for a full-time role.

Bachelor\'s degree or any relevant engineering certification in the relevant field.

Fluent in English & Arabic communication is a mandate.
