Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the smooth operation and upkeep of our waterpark's facilities, attractions, and technical systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in building maintenance, MEP systems, and facility management, ensuring all assets are safe, reliable, and compliant with standards.

Key Responsibilities:

? Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems are functioning optimally.
? Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and emergency repairs for rides, pools, and park facilities.
? Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
? Coordinate with Operations and Safety teams to minimize downtime and ensure guest safety.
? Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor coordination.
? Prepare maintenance reports, equipment logs, and compliance documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree or Technical Diploma in Engineering, Mechanical, or related field. Minimum 5 years' experience in facilities or maintenance management, ideally within real estate, hospitality, or leisure operations. MEP Certification is an advantage (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing). Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and project coordination skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multicultural teams.
