Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Maintenance Manager with strong Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all maintenance operations, ensuring optimal performance of MEP systems, compliance with safety standards, and efficient service delivery across facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP systems Oversee daily maintenance operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems Lead, train, and manage maintenance teams and contractors Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and company policies Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and SOPs Monitor maintenance KPIs, budgets, and resource utilization Conduct inspections, audits, and technical assessments of facilities Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and performance summaries Handle emergency breakdowns and ensure minimal downtime

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role with MEP responsibility Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and facilities operations Experience in managing teams, vendors, and maintenance contracts Good knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites if required
