Maintenance Manager

Job Description
Essentials:
At least 3-5 years' experience in the UAE
Prior experience as maintenance manager, repair manager or in a related role (MEP)
Must have strong personality and can handle staff coordination
Experience in dealing budgets, schedules and reporting in terms of maintenance work.
Understanding of legal safety regulations within the industry.
Have the ability to communicate well to the staff, and can decide on his own.
Liaising with vendors and suppliers, negotiate pricing, etc.
Ability to lead all maintenance team and repaired-related activities in the company.
Ability to increase the income of the company and meet the target
Must have computer skills, knowledge in reporting.
