To handle residential and commercial maintenance projects, Prefect Technical Works and Landscaping LLC is looking for a skilled Maintenance Manager to head our team of gardeners and supervisors.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of gardeners and maintenance supervisors.
Oversee the maintenance and landscaping projects for both residential and commercial properties.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance and aesthetics.
Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to safety standards.Collaborate with other departments and external vendors to ensure timely and effective project completion.
Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in landscaping or facilities management in UAE.
Proven experience in managing a team and overseeing multiple projects.Strong knowledge of horticultural practices, landscaping techniques, and maintenance procedures.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in MS Office and maintenance management software.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
