We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Help Desk Coordinator with 2+ years of relevant experience to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day help desk operations and customer queries.
Manage and respond to email correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely completion of work orders.
Track and follow up on all approvals and ensure all tasks are completed as per schedule.
Prepare accurate and detailed quotations.
Generate and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly technical reports.
Maintain clear, helpful, and client focused communication at all times.
Follow up with clients and collect feedback to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Support internal teams and escalate issues where necessary.
Perform any additional duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar FM or maintenance role.
Strong communication (written & verbal) in English
