Key Responsibilities
Technical Maintenance:
Perform rapid-response repairs including
MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
, A/C troubleshooting, painting, and appliance fixes.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct pre-arrival inspections to guarantee a "5-star" experience for every guest.
Guest Liaison:
Manage professional check-ins/outs and provide on-site support for guest queries.
Logistics:
Drive between property clusters for emergency calls and inventory replenishment.
Team Sync:
Use
WhatsApp
and property management tools to provide real-time updates to the operations team.
Requirements
Experience:
1-2 years in
Holiday Homes
or
Hotel Apartments
(required).
Compliance:
Must hold a valid
UAE Driving License
.
Soft Skills:
Fluent English with a focus on hospitality-grade communication.
Mindset:
A "no-task-too-small" attitude with the ability to work flexible shifts/weekends.

Monthly Pay:
AED 3,000 - 4,000 (Based on experience).
