Maintenance Foreman -

Fluent in English speaking and literature and Arabic speaking is an advantage.

What you will do:

Maintenance Foreman

Operate Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). Your role builds long-term relationships with selected Owners and property management to drive the sales on new projects / Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) agreements.

Working closely with the Directors and also, taking the lead in the development of new business.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for Residentials and commercial properties.

. Managing team schedule.

. Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations.

. Using a range of computer software for developing detailed designs.

. Compiling job specs and supervising tendering procedures.

. Undertaking complex calculations.

. Resolving design and development problems.

. Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries.

. Making sure the project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety.

. Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.
Assessing the sustainability and environmental impact of projects.

. Responsible for sourcing new project leads, market intelligence, tendering, and bids for new projects.

Seek quotations from the sub-vendor, sub-contractor, etc.

Review tender documents and understand or else seek clarifications from either the customer or the department manager.

Building and maintaining effective customer relationships.

Working closely with the Design Engineers to fulfill customer/client requirements.

Discussing costing with the estimation team, submitting quotes and pricing in lieu of the received customer inquiries on time.

Determining improvements by analyzing equipment or services offered and proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services.

Anticipate customers'/clients' needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations that meet their requirements. Or demonstrate proposed cost reductions.

Stay abreast of the market conditions and trends in the field pertinent to services and products.

Identifying new products/services that may be of value to add to the company product range based on the feedback from customers and competitors.

Coordinating with the credit control team and follow up on the Credit Facility application for newly acquired customers/clients.

Working effectively with the company's management and the sales team to develop long term strategic relationships.

Responsible for leading, motivating, and effectively monitoring the sales team to meet and exceed targets.

Supporting the accounts team to ensure that receivables are collected on time and at the best communication practice as possible.

Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participate in professional societies.

Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience in Maintenance Foreman field in Facility Management.

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving skills.

The ability to think methodically and to manage projects.

Ability to work to deadlines and within budgets.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities.

With a valid U.A.E driving license and have own car is an advantage.

Fluent in English language and literature Arabic speaking is an advantage.

Can work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:

Maintenance Foreman: 3 years (Preferred)
Language:

English language, and Arabic speaking is an advantage. (Preferred)
License/Certification:

* U.A.E Driving License (Preferred)
