skilled and dedicated All-rounder maintenance

. The ideal candidate must have strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience in

electrical installations, maintenance, Gas Engineer / Plumber and repairs ,gas installations, maintenance, and plumbing systems

, across

residential and commercial

properties. This role requires a commitment to

safety, quality, and compliance with industry regulations

.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment. Conduct thorough inspections to ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations. Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in electrical systems, providing effective solutions. Rewire full properties, including residential and commercial buildings. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as plumbers and carpenters, to complete projects efficiently. Carry out heavy lifting during installations or repairs when necessary. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an

Electrician

,

Gas Engineer / Plumber

in residential and commercial settings. Install, maintain, and repair

gas appliances, heating systems, and plumbing fixtures

. Conduct thorough inspections to ensure compliance with

gas safety regulations

. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to assemble components accurately. Familiarity with

wiring regulations

and

electrical safety standards

. Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and blueprints. Competence in using

testing equipment

to diagnose and repair faults. Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations related to installations. Experience in commercial driving is a plus (for transporting equipment). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong commitment to workplace

safety

and compliance. Perform general

plumbing work

related to gas installations.
