Job Description
Key Requirements (Mandatory)
Education:
B.Tech / BE
orAny Bachelors equivalent to the same domian
Experience:
2-5 years
of hands-on maintenance experience in ajoinery / furniture / woodworking factory
Industry Exposure:
Mandatory experience inwoodworking / furniture / interior fit-out manufacturing
Technical Expertise (Must-Have)
Hands-on maintenance of
woodworking & joinery machines
, including:CNC Wood Routers
Edge Banding Machines
Beam Saws / Panel Saws
Membrane / Vacuum Press
Boring Machines, Sliding Table Saw, Spindle Moulder
Experience with leading brands such asHomag, SCM, Biesse, Weeke, Holzma
(any) Strong knowledge ofpreventive & breakdown maintenance
Good understanding ofmechanical systems, hydraulics & pneumatics
Ability totroubleshoot machine breakdowns and reduce downtime
Additional Critical Requirements
Experience in
factory / plant maintenance environment
Ability to handlemultiple machines in high-volume production
Familiar withmaintenance planning, spare parts control & safety procedures
