This role involves preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery, diagnosing breakdowns, and implementing long-term solutions to improve equipment performance and minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform
preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
on machinery and utility systems.
Troubleshoot
mechanical
,
electrical
, and
electronic
faults in production and support equipment.
Ensure all machines and equipment are operating safely and efficiently.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules to reduce unplanned downtime.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and update documentation (manuals, logs, drawings).
Support the
installation, commissioning, and modification
of equipment and production lines.
Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure minimal disruption during maintenance work.
Monitor spare parts inventory and request replenishment as required.
Comply with all

Provide technical guidance and training to technicians and operators.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in
Mechanical

Electrical

Mechatronics

Industrial Engineering

Experience:
2-5 years of relevant experience in maintenance (manufacturing, production, or industrial setting).
Hands-on knowledge of
mechanical systems
(pumps, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics).
Understanding of
electrical systems

control circuits
, and
automation equipment
.
Familiar with
PLC
,
VFD

sensors
, and
instrumentation
(preferred).
Proficient in reading
technical drawings
and using diagnostic tools.
Knowledge of
CMMS
