Maintenance Engineer
Requirements:
Minimum
7 years of experience
inhotel maintenance
. Strong knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, and safety standards. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Experience supervising contractors and coordinating maintenance activities is an advantage.Property Supervisor
Requirements:
Proven experience in
property management
, preferably withinluxury real estate
. Strong understanding of property operations, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination. Ability to oversee daily property activities and ensure high service standards.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
